Instructions

  • Combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Whisk together the milk and egg in a separate shallow dish.
  • Each chicken tender should be dipped into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then into the milk mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
  • Fry the chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
