- Combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, paprika, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.

- Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken cubes on skewers and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, turning once halfway through.
