  • Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
  • Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until the meatballs are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
