Breaded Chicken Tenders Recipe

These breaded chicken tenders are a tasty and quick weeknight meal. The panko breading adds crunch, while the Parmesan cheese and spices add flavor. For a filling meal, serve with your favourite dipping sauce.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the flour, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Separately, in a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
  • Combine the panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme in a separate shallow bowl.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture and shake off excess.
  • Dip the chicken tenders completely into the egg mixture.
  • Make sure the chicken tender is evenly coated with the panko mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken tenders on it.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the breading is golden brown and crisp.
