Chicken Wings with Chile Peppers and BBQ Sauce Recipe

These chicken wings are the ideal blend of spicy and sweet. The chile peppers add some heat, while the BBQ sauce adds sweetness and tang. Serve these wings as an appetiser at a party or as a main course with your favourite side dishes.

  • Cook Time: 40 minutes
  • Total Time: 55 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  • Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and line with foil.
  • Whisk together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and chile peppers in a small bowl.
  • Toss the chicken wings with the vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.
  • On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the chicken wings in a single layer.
  • Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then turn them over and brush with half of the BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the skin is crispy.
  • Before serving, remove from oven and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture.
